AUGUSTA, Ga. – Due to extensive rain Saturday, play at the Administaff Augusta State Invitational has been suspended for the day. With most teams not even getting to start the round, play will resume at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, and the tournament is shortened to 36 holes.

The Gamecocks entered the day tied with Clemson for 10th place. All five South Carolina players were on course when play was halted. Senior Mark Anderson and sophomores Patrick Rada and George Bryan IV were even through six holes.
