2011 (FRESHMAN): Started 15 of the 28 matches she played...Posted 1.61 kills and 1.71 digs per set...Led the team in kills and blocks on three occasions...Her best hitting day came in her second match, as she hit .438 with seven kills while adding four blocks in the win over Stony Brook (8/27)...Posted 12 kills in the win over Temple to clinch the Temple Invitational title (8/27)...Had consecutive double-doubles on Sept. 10, posting 12 kills and season-high 15 digs vs. College of Charleston and a career-best 15 kills and 12 digs vs. Winthrop...Also added a career-best two aces vs. the Cougars...Led the team with 12 kills in the win over Alabama (11/6).

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Earned four letters in volleyball for coach Nancy Dorsey at St. James Academy in Kansas...Helped the team to three-consecutive Kansas 4A titles, while the team finished second during her freshman year...Left the Thunder as the program's all-time leader in kills and hitting percentage...St. James finished the 2010 season ranked first in the country by 475 kills, almost five per set, while hitting .466 and hoisting 255 digs during her senior season...Forst earned a truckload of awards as a senior: consensus high school All-American (1st team Under Armour/AVCA and MaxPreps, 2nd team ESPN Rise), Kansas 4A, Kansas City Star, Johnson County Sun and Gatorade Kansas Player of the Year, and the Evelyn Gates Award, given to the best volleyball player in the greater Kansas City area...Two-time first-team all-state and second team as a sophomore...Three-time all-tournament team member...Former player of the week for AVCA/MaxPreps, The Sun and Kansas City Star...Also earned two letters in soccer, helping the squad to state titles both years (2008 and 2009 springs)...A two-time letterwinner in track, Forst was a part of two relay team that made it to state...Played with the KC Power club under Dave Johnson and Mike Stowell...Her team won numerous events, including Northern Lights in both 2008 and 2009 and the 2009 16-Open national event for USA Volleyball...A member of the academic honor roll at St. James.
