Things Mackenzie likes to do in her spare time: spend time with her friends, go to a movie, anything outdoors
High School: Earned two letters for coach Joe Spicer at the new Woodgrove High School after spending her freshman year at Loudoun Valley High School...Helped her team win the Virginia AA title in 2012 after ranking second in the state the year before...Hit over .430 as a sophomore and junior, stealing a total of 43 bases in those years...Off the field, a member of the Key Club and Varsity Club while serving on the student council...Also a member of the National Honor Society.
Why she chose South Carolina: "It provided me with a good environment to be successful in the classroom and on the softball field. South Carolina allowed me to play Division I softball in the south, which was a dream of mine. After visiting, I fell in love with campus and the softball program."

Things Kaylea likes to do in her spare time: boating on the Colorado River
Favorite singer: Beyonce
High School: A four-year letter-winner at Rowland High School...Earned MaxPreps All-America honors as a catcher last year...Set the San Gabriel Valley and the school home run record last season with 16...First-team All-CIF Division 2 as a junior...three-time All-Hacienda League first team member...Also earned All-Hacienda League academic honors.
Why she chose South Carolina: "South Carolina had my major, and I get to be a part of a developing and exciting softball program. I also like the coaches."
