OUTLOOK ? Solid second baseman ... Looked to for leadership this year ... Limited in the fall due to offseason surgery, but was able to spend extra time on fundamentals ... Good pressure hitter ... Finished last year strong offensively and is looking to pick up where she left off.

2002 ? For the second year in a row, held the team?s longest hitting streak of the year with 11 games ... Has started every game for USC for the last two years... One of four players to start all 66 games in 2002 ... Recorded 17 multi-hit games this season ... Went 4-for-4 in game one against Mississippi State ... Also recorded seven assists in the same game ... Second on the team in hits with 59 ... Led the SEC in defensive stats among second basemen (127 putouts, 107 assists, eight errors, .967 avg.) ... Prior to the SEC Tournament, she scored a run in her last six of seven games ... Tied for second on the team in doubles (11) ... For the first time in her career she has driven in more then 20 runs ... Scored the winning run in the extra-inning victory over Eastern Kentucky in the NCAA Regional ... For the NCAA Regional, she scored three runs and had two RBI, including her first career home run, which she hit in Game 10 against Georgia ... Earned All-Tournament team honors at the Columbia Regional.

2001 ? Started all of USC?s 61 games on the season ... Was in the top five in 13 offensive categories for the Gamecocks ... Contributed 49 hits on the season with 18 RBI ... Had 12 multiple hit games on the year ... Had a team high 11 game hitting streak during the season ... Went 2-4 with two RBI in a conference victory against Georgia ... Named to the SEC All-Tournament Team.

2000 ? Strong freshman season playing in 57 games, starting 40 ... Ended the year fourth on the team in hitting with a .282 batting average ... Had seven doubles and one triple with 17 RBI ... Had eight multi-hit games, including one three-hit game ... Went 2-4 with one run scored and one RBI as USC captured the USF Speedline title against Florida (3/12).

HIGH SCHOOL ? Lettered four times in softball at Ernest Righetti High School under head coach Rick Cornejo ... Was a four-time all-league selection ... A three-time all-area and Santa Barbara pick ... A three-time All-CIF First Team catcher ... Her teams captured three league titles ... Team won Best of the West Tournament during her tenure ... Also lettered three times in soccer.

PERSONAL ? Full name is Debralee Troesh ... Chose USC for the quality softball program and to experience the east coast ... Born Sept. 24, 1980 ... Daughter of Steve and Rene Troesh ... Has one brother, Doug, and two sisters, Cherisse and Leanna ... Sister Leanna lettered in softball three years (1997-99) for the Lady Gamecocks.
