Competed in a Horsemanship exhibition at No. 8 Kansas State on March 8... Third-year letter winner. 2011-2012: Performed an exhibition ride at Georgia on Feb. 4, defeating her Bulldog opponent 68-66.5... Performed a demo ride at home as the Gamecocks upset No. 1 Auburn, 12-6, on Feb. 25... Second-year letter winner. 2010-2011: First-year letter winner. High School: A senior at Lakeside High School, Nicholson competed at the National Appaloosa Horse Club's World Championship Show since 2006. There, she has had five top-5 finishes and ten top-10 finishes, including being named 2008 Reserve Championship in Western Showmanship. Nicholson has also won multiple "Leading the Nation" Awards from the National Appaloosa Horse Club including three Year End Top-10 awards.
