South Carolina women's basketball was present throughout Saturday's football game against Auburn. The team started the afternoon signing autographs in Gamecock Village. Head coach Dawn Staley got the stadium going with the "Game-Cocks" cheer just before kickoff. Between the first and second quarters, the whole team was recognized on the field, with special honor given to Staley and assistant coach Nikki McCray for their inclusion in the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2012.
