Finished the season fourth on the team in scoring and second in assists ... Her 116 assists were a career high ... Returned to the court for her sophomore season after sitting out the 2000-01 year following surgery to correct a herniated disc ... Appeared in 30 games with four starts during her sophomore season ... Selected as a team co-captain along with Jocelyn Penn ... Contributed six double-figure scoring games with career high of 27 points coming against Duke ... Named as the SEC Co-Player of the Week (week four) after hitting eight-of-nine three pointers for a career-high 27 points at Duke ... Passed a then career-best 10 assists against North Carolina ... Made three steals against Duke in the NCAA Tournament and versus Coastal Carolina ... Missed two games in February (17th & 21st) after breaking her left hand against Alabama ... After surgery, returned two weeks earlier than expected to play in the season finale against Mississippi ... Netted 15 points versus Coastal Carolina ... Played in all four NCAA Tournament games ... Scored 11 points in the East Regional Final loss to Duke as she hit all three of her three-point opportunities ... Tied her then personal best of five rebounds twice during the season.

FRESHMAN YEAR (1999-2000)
Received a quick introduction to SEC basketball when she was called on to start at point guard after Shaun Gortman was lost for the season ... Played in 27 games and started nine ... Finished the season as the Gamecocks' fifth-leading scorer, averaging 7.0 points per game ... Scored in double figures in nine games with a streak of four consecutive SEC games in double figures ... Led team scoring in one contest ... Ranked sixth in the SEC in 3FG percentage and seventh in 3FGs made ... Made her first collegiate start at Florida and led team with 15 points, two rebounds, five assists and two steals ... Scored 12 points four times during her freshman year.

Born August 13, 1981 ... Finished her prep career as Cicero-North High School's all-time scoring leader with 1,823 points ... Started at point guard for her high school team while still in the eighth grade ... Led her team to the sectional playoffs in her last four years and named as the team MVP in those seasons ... Family includes parents, Jim and Linda Morrone, and older siblings, Jackie and David ... All-around athlete who also played baseball, football and lacrosse ... With apologies to her dad, named "Sex and The City" as her favorite TV show and the one she'd like to guest star on ... Most memorable road trip was the team tour of Europe during the 2002 summer ... Her most exciting sporting event ever was the game during her sophomore year against Tennessee when a sellout crowd packed the Carolina Coliseum ... Advises young players to be a sponge and absorb as much information, and never, ever be late! ... Favorite animals are her cats, Mickey and Yogi, who were named after her favorite New York Yankees ... Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll in her sophomore and junior seasons. ... Graduated in May of 2003 with a degree in sport and entertainment management ... Now pursuing a master's degree at USC.
