Gamecocks Face Tough Road Test At No. 4 Wake Forest
Sept. 25, 2017

Men's Soccer at No. 4 Wake Forest

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- South Carolina (4-3-1, 0-2-1 C-USA) continues its tough nonconference schedule with a trip up north to face No. 4 Wake Forest (8-1-0, 3-0-0 ACC) on Tuesday night. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. with the game televised on ACC Network Extra through WatchESPN.

The team has supported Ovarian Cancer Awareness all month long in September both at home and on the road by wearing teal warmup shirts for their matches. In addition to the shirts, the Gamecock coaching staff and support staff have been wearing teal polo shirts on the sidelines at every game.

The team's hope is to promote awareness for this cancer and encourage women to get regular check ups. Contact your local ovarian cancer support group for more information at 888-682-7426 or visit the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition's website by clicking here. Remember, NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE!

The teal warmup shirts worn by the team are on sale at the Russell House Bookstore, the game day store and online by clicking here.
