USC signee Koon receives prestigious Jay Haas Award 2005 USC signee Allen Koon was honored wednesday as South Carolina's top junior golfer. A large crowd was in attendance as the S.C. Junior Champion and Player of the Year accepted the award from PGA tour standout Jay Haas. Also in attendance were former Jay Haas Award recepients and USC players
Kyle Thompson and Michael Maness.
