Gamecock Men's Golf Earns GCAA All-Academic Team Honors
Carolina one of 124 teams to receive recognition

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- The South Carolina men's golf team has earned Golf Coaches Association of America All-Academic Team honors, the GCAA announced Wednesday.

Carolina was one of 124 teams from all levels (Division I, II, II, NAIA and NJCAA) to receive the award and one of five SEC programs to be honored. Arkansas, Auburn, Tennessee and Vanderbilt were also recognized.

To be eligible for GCAA All-Academic Team honors, a school must submit GPAs for each player on its official roster and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
