Proved to be one of Carolina's most consistent golfers...Played in all 12 tournaments...Ranked third on the team with a career-best stroke average of 73.54...Recorded four top-20 finishes...Posted career-best finish of a tie for seventh at the Rees Jones Invitational with rounds of 72-73-77=222 (+6)...Tied for 15th the following week at the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate with rounds of 71-76=147 (+3)...Placed 19th at the Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate with rounds of 74-73-72=219 (+3)...Had a tie for 12th showing in hometown of Augusta, Ga., the following week against a loaded field at the Insperity Augusta State Invitational with rounds of 72-70-68=210 (-6)...Total of 210 and final-round 68 were both career lows...Finished 53rd at the SEC Championship (76-76-77=229) and tied for 52nd in first career appearance at NCAA Southwest Regional (73-83-74=230)...Tied for second on team with 11 rounds of par or better.

Best varsity finish was a 26th-place showing at Seahawk Invitational in February, where he shot consistent rounds of 76-76-76=228...Finished strong at Insperity Augusta State Invitational, shooting 73-76-72=221 to tie for 36th place with his best career 54-hole total... Final-round 72 was a collegiate best... Made first varsity appearance at U.S. Collegiate Championship in October; tied for 57th at 76-75-77=228... Played in one Garnet Team event, shooting 76-77-77=230 to finish in ninth place at the Rees Jones Intercollegiate...Played in his first SEC Championship, finishing 54th... Finished season with scoring average of 76.50.

2009-10
Competed in three Garnet Team events... Won the CSU Fall Invitational with a score of 218 (+2)... Tied for sixth place at the Coker Intercollegiate... Tied for 23rd place at Johnny Palmer Invitational in February...Best round was a 71 in the final 18 holes at CSU.

PRIOR TO SOUTH CAROLINA
Played three years for coach Brian Hadden at Westside High School after playing one year at Augusta Prep... Was regional medalist as a freshman (Prep) and as a junior (Westside)... Led Augusta Prep to a state title as a freshman in 2006... Team MVP at Westside... Tied for 5th at Georgia State Junior Championship in 2008... Played for the Georgia team in the Georgia/South Carolina Junior Challenge matches, leading Georgia to a win...Was ranked #7 in the state of Georgia and in the nation's top 150...Had one top 25 and one top-15 finish in AJGA events... Honor roll student.
