Each day this week we'll post a journal-style entry here on GamecocksOnline.com, along with other video features and coverage of the week's activities leading up to the game. Stay tuned for more and keep up with all the action on our Bowl Coverage page!

Capital One Bowl week continued today with another practice out at Celebration High School, a "Tuesday" practice in our game week prep. After a brief (typical Florida) downpour of rain, practice went off without a hitch. Offensive players and coaches spoke to the media after practice; you can view today's practice report and full videos here and a practice photo gallery here.

After practice the team enjoyed a taco lunch and then headed back to the hotel. A large majority of the team decided to hop on the buses and head to Universal Studios for the afternoon. Universal set up a VIP tour for a group of players to ride a few of the park's most popular attractions, including the Hollywood Rip Ride RockIt, The Mummy Returns, and Transformers 3D. The ironic sight of the typically tough football players shaking in their boots over the high-velocity RockIt ride made for good laughs!

Along the way, players stopped for pictures with fans overjoyed to see them in the park, interviews and photo ops with the media (Dylan Thompson even took over the interviewing at one point), and enjoyed the busy atmosphere. Watch the video feature and see the full photo gallery of the Universal visit.

Bowl week continues Sunday with a the DisneyQuest Day for Kids community event, another practice, and optional visits to SeaWorld and an Orlando Magic game.
