Senior who is in his second season playing wide receiver after making the transition from linebacker in the spring of 2006... listed on the second team entering the fall... very talented athlete who had a strong spring... regarded as a good blocker... can run in the 4.4 second range for 40 yards... could see action as a kick returner as well... has made eight career starts.

2006: Made the transition from linebacker to wide receiver in the spring of 2006... played in nine games... caught six passes for 66 yards and two touchdowns... injured his left hamstring during early fall camp and did not play in the season-opener at Mississippi State... made his first career reception against Georgia, a nine-yard catch... injured his hamstring again in practice in the week leading up to the Wofford game... did not play against Wofford or Florida Atlantic... scored his first career touchdown on an 18-yard pass reception from Syvelle Newton against Tennessee... also had a three-yard touchdown reception from Tommy Beecher against Middle Tennessee... used as a kick returner late in the season... returned three kicks for 49 yards... given the team's offensive Unselfish Award at the end of the spring.

2003-04: Attended Butler County Community College in El Dorado, Kan. where he played for Coach Troy Morrell... team went 23-1, winning 23 consecutive games... redshirted during the 2003 campaign... member of the 2003 JUCO National Champions, Region VI Champions, KJCC Champions and Dixie Rotary Bowl Champions... was a 2004 JUCO Academic All-American... recorded 33 tackles, with three for a loss and credited with 14 pass breakups... also logged three interceptions (one returned for touchdown) and three fumble recoveries... rated the 49th-best junior college player in the nation by SuperPrep.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from North Marion High School in Ocala, Fla. in 2003... named the 3A Offensive Player of the Year after rushing for 1,740 yards with 17 touchdowns... tallied 76 tackles and had four interceptions as a senior defensive back... earned first-team all-state honors (3A).
