Defensive end who adds depth to the Gamecock defensive front four... oldest player on the squad, as he will turn 26 in August... enlisted in the United States Marines after high school... spent four years in military service.

2012: Enrolled at South Carolina and joined the football squad in the spring as a walk-on defensive end.

2011: Was a walk-on football player at South Carolina State University... did not appear in any games... attended USC-Aiken in the spring of 2011.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Allendale-Fairfax High School in 2005... coached by Carlos Cave... lettered in football and basketball... had football scholarship offers from South Carolina, Clemson and North Carolina State to play safety... logged 95 tackles as a junior.
