Senior who is the incumbent at the fullback position... a converted offensive lineman who has yet to take a handoff in a game... excellent blocker who has twice earned the Steve Sisk Outstanding Blocker Award, presented during the spring game... an outstanding student who was the Harold White GPA Award winner for the offense in the spring while studying electrical engineering... former walk-on who was rewarded with a scholarship prior to the start of the 2005 season... has made nine career starts... named is pronounced luh-NARD.

2006: Played in all 13 games making eight starts... although he did not have any carries he caught three passes, all in the final two games of the season, for 28 yards... had a nine-yard reception against Clemson, then had an 11-yard and an eight-yard reception against Houston in the Liberty Bowl win.

2005: Did not have any carries during the campaign... earned the start in the season opener against UCF while Daccus Turman was serving a suspension... hauled in his only reception against Alabama, a four-yard gain... recipient of the team's Steve Sisk Outstanding Blocker Award at the conclusion of the 2005 spring after making the conversion from the offensive line.

2004: Walked on to the team in the spring and was a member of the practice squad as an offensive lineman in the fall.

2003: Enrolled at USC in the fall but did not play football.

High School: Graduated from Carvers Bay High School in Hemingway, S.C. in 2003... coached by Nate Thompson... helped the team to the 2002 Class 2A state title... earned scholar-athlete recognition, as well as all-zone and all-state honors as an offensive lineman... earned the Academic Excellence Award for the Georgetown school district... member of the National Honor Society... had the highest cumulative grade point average of anyone in his class in both math and social studies... participated in community outreach programs.
