SEC Defensive Player of the Week following his performance in the victory over Arkansas (four tackles, one fumble recovery, one interception) ... Started all 11 games at free safety ...Tied for the SEC lead with six interceptions on the season, a total that ranked 3rd nationally ... Was solid in his varsity debut vs. Vanderbilt, with four tackles and two pass break ups ... On the offensive side of the ball, he caught 22 passes for 525 yards and four touchdowns as a junior ... Played for Coach Jim Ringer at Rock Hill High.
