Walk-on defensive back... provides solid depth at cornerback... transferred to South Carolina in the fall of 2006 after beginning his collegiate career at Newberry College.

2007: Saw action in five games... played on special teams against LSU, Kentucky, Arkansas, Florida and Clemson... earned his first collegiate letter.

2006: Sat out the season per NCAA rules following a transfer from Newberry College... worked on the scout team.

2004-05: Member of the Newberry (S.C.) College football team... redshirted as a true freshman in 2004.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Lexington (S.C.) High School in 2004... played football for Coach Jimmy Satterfield... named the school's Most Valuable Defensive Back Award following his senior season... was a 2003 all-region selection at defensive back and a 2004 all-region selection in the high jump in track & field... recorded a high jump best of 6-2.
