2007: Played in nine-of-12 games, primarily seeing action on special teams... did not have any carries or receptions... shared Outstanding Walk-On accolades in the spring with John Guerry and Ranzino Valentine.

2006: Saw action in five games... made his only career start at fullback against Georgia... did not record any statistics... earned his first varsity letter.

2005: Worked as a scout team fullback... did not see any game action... made the transition to the offensive side of the ball after playing linebacker during the spring.

2004: Member of the practice squad.

High School: Graduated from Ravenscroft Upper School in Raleigh, N.C., in 2004 where he was a three-year letterman... coached by Ned Gonet... played right guard and defensive end... received the team's Most Improved Player award his senior year... was a starter in two state championship games... credited with 44 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions... earned the Gatorade Will To Win Athlete Award at the East Carolina University Football Camp when former South Carolina defensive coordinator John Thompson served as the head coach at ECU... also played lacrosse for Ravenscroft... recipient of the Ravenscroft Upper School Fine Arts Service Award.
