Football Season Celebration

Senior defensive lineman who could play either end or tackle... played mostly inside last season, but slated to move outside this year, much like Melvin Ingram did last season... has played in 32 games in his career making six career starts.

2011: Played in 12 of 13 games starting six times... credited with nine tackles including seven solo stops... made his first career start at Georgia... started six consecutive contests... had a season-high three tackles against Navy... credited with a tackle for loss versus Vanderbilt... recovered a fumble in the bowl win over Nebraska.

2010: Played in all 14 games... used primarily on special teams but also in certain defensive packages... logged 10 tackles... recorded a season-high three tackles vs. Southern Miss, playing significant snaps in the second half... recovered a fumble vs. Troy, leading to a Gamecock touchdown two plays later.

2009: True freshman defensive lineman... took the redshirt off for the SC State game and responded with four tackles... played in six games, primarily on special teams.
