2007: Came into the fall listed as a wide receiver but was moved to tight end... played in all 12 games, making three starts (South Carolina State, North Carolina and Tennessee)... was third on the squad with 30 receptions for 421 yards (second on the team), an average of 14.0 yards per catch, the highest average for any player with more than two receptions... logged three touchdown receptions - at North Carolina, at Arkansas and against Florida... had 13 of his 30 catches in a three-game stretch against Tennessee, Arkansas and Florida... had four receptions for a season-high 66 yards in the win over Mississippi State... caught a career-high five passes for 55 yards against Tennessee... given the Weight Room Effort Award for the offense following spring drills.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from North Gwinnett High School in 2005 where he played receiver and free safety for Coach Kyle Richardson... caught 32 passes for 800 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior... was a first-team All-Conference, All-State and Super 11 Team selection by The Atlanta Journal Constitution... rated the 24th-best player in the state of Georgia and the 40th-best wide receiver in the country by Rivals.com... also played basketball and was regarded as one of the top hoopsters in the state.
