Criminal Justice

Senior who made the transition from defensive end to fullback during spring ball... enters the fall on the second team behind incumbent Lanard Stafford... has also played linebacker during his Carolina career... very strong athlete who can bench press 450 pounds... has made nine career starts, all on the defensive side of the ball.

2006: Started each of the first eight games at defensive end and played in 12 of the 13 contests... figured in on 18 tackles including 14 solo stops... credited with 4.0 tackles for loss... broke up one pass and had two quarterback hurries... forced a fumble at Kentucky... did not play in the Clemson game due to a foot injury... named the Most Improved Defensive Lineman in the spring.

2005: Played in all 12 games... credited with 20 tackles, including 3.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks... logged two quarterback hurries... credited with a career-best four stops vs. UCF... made his first start against Kentucky... first sack came against Troy.

2004: Reserve linebacker who saw action in five games... had one tackle vs. USF.

2003: Redshirted as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Berkeley High School in Moncks Corner, S.C. in 2003... played for Coach Jerry Brown... named first-team all-state... Fox Sports Net second-team All-South performer... played in the 2002 Shrine Bowl... rated the #2 inside linebacker in the nation by Tom Lemming... rated the #8 prospect in South Carolina by Rated the #15 linebacker prospect in the country by SuperPrep.
