2012: Fifth-year senior cornerback who was hampered by injuries over his final two campaigns with the Garnet & Black... missed nearly the entire preseason with a right groin injury... re-aggravated the injury during a preseason scrimmage... did not play in the season's first four games... returned to action at Kentucky in game 5... had a season-high five tackles at LSU... injured his left groin just days prior to the Tennessee contest and was unable to suit up for the game... recorded his first career interception against Arkansas... moved into the starting lineup for the final three games... sealed the win over Wofford with a 31-yard fumble return midway through the fourth quarter... it was his first career fumble recovery... finished the season with 18 tackles in eight contests... experienced player who appeared in 44 contests, making 22 career starts... has a degree in sociology.

2011: Projected starter after transitioning back to cornerback, but injured his foot prior to the start of fall camp... played against Georgia, registering four tackles, but continued to be hampered by the injury... underwent season-ending surgery in the fall... gained a medical redshirt.

2008: True freshman who played in 11 contests... saw action at both cornerback and safety... logged 18 tackles, including 16 solo stops... recorded four pass break ups... forced a fumble against Tennessee... credited with a season-high six tackles against Arkansas and notched five stops against Kentucky... injured a hamstring late in the season... did not play against Florida, saw action on only two plays against Clemson and did not play in the bowl game against Iowa due to the injury... enrolled at Carolina in the spring... earned the Big Play Award for the defense during spring drills.

2007: Spent the season at Fork Union Military Academy... after his season at Fork Union, was given a four-star rating and considered the 14th-best prep school prospect in the country by played with fellow Gamecocks Antonio Allen and Eric Baker at Fork Union Military.

HIGH SCHOOL: Credited with 114 tackles and 10 interceptions in his final two seasons at Chaminade-Madonna High School in Hollywood, Fla., playing for coach Mark Guandolo... as a senior in 2006, he logged 54 tackles and three interceptions, returning two for touchdowns on his way to first team all-state accolades... was credited with 60 tackles and seven picks along with four touchdowns in the return game as a junior... was ranked as the 28th-best player in the state of Florida and the 14th-best cornerback in the country by while earning a four-star rating out of high school... was considered a four-star recruit and the 31st-best cornerback in the nation by and was rated as the 41st-best player in Florida by SuperPrep... originally signed with South Carolina in the Class of 2007.
