COLUMBIA, S.C. - GamecocksOnline.com will break down each of the Gamecocks' non-conference opponents this week, following the release of the non-conference schedule on July 22. We conclude our non-conference breakdown with a look at cross-state rival Clemson, first-time opponents Coker and NC A&T and the Big 12's Iowa State.

Clemson

Junior wing K.J. McDaniels was ACC Defensive Player of the Year after leading the conference with 100 blocked shots ... McDaniels was first-team All-ACC at the conclusion of the season after averaging 17.1 points and 7.1 rebounds per game ... McDaniels turned pro after his junior season ... 2013-14 Season Notables: Junior Larry Felder was named the SAC Player of the Week in November, making him the first Coker basketball player to do so in the conference ... Senior Julian Nelson reached the 1,000 point mark and finished his career with 1,418 total points, good enough for fourth on the all-time scoring list at Coker ... Senior Sharod Williams would move to fourth on the all-time rebound list at Coker with 508 career boards ... Nelson was also named the All-SAC honorable mention team after averaging 19 points a game this past season.

2013-14 Season Notables: Senior guard Lamont Middleton was a third-team All-MEAC selection and broke the school record for free throws made and attempted in a season with 218 and 275 respectively ... Middleton also broke the school's single-game record for free throws made and attempted by going 18-for-21 at the line against Florida A&M on Feb. 18 ... As a team, the Aggies were 653-for-927 from the line, both marks were also school records ... The Aggies lost three of their top four scorers in Lamont Middleton, Richaud Pack and Jeremy Underwood ... Bruce Beckford is the leading returner scorer at 11. 2 points per game.

Iowa State

2013-14 Season Notables: Iowa State finished 28-8 and advanced to its third-straight NCAA Tournament ... The Cyclones won the Big 12 Tournament ... ISU's NCAA Tournament run was halted by eventual national champion UCONN in the regional semifinals ... The Cyclones were playing without All-Big 12 third-team selection Georges Niang, who suffered a broken bone in his foot while scoring 24 points in 26 minutes in the second round win against North Carolina Central ... The Cyclones led the Big 12 and finished fifth nationally averaging 83.0 points per game ... Freshman Monté Morris broke the NCAA record with a 4.79 assist-to-turnover ratio.

Season ticket prices for the upcoming season remain unchanged from the 2013-14 campaign, with full season packages starting at $90. Like last season, fans can purchase lower level season tickets for $260 (Gamecock Club membership required for sections 104-106, 113-115) and University faculty and staff can buy tickets for $210. The Coke Family Section is available for $600 (four tickets). Upper level tickets are available for $200 (no Gamecock Club membership required) and faculty and staff can purchase tickets in the upper bowl for $160. End zone seating in the upper level is priced at four seats for $360.

Gamecock fans who have already renewed their season tickets for the 2014-15 campaign and those fans who purchase new or renew their season tickets during the "8K In 8 Days" campaign, are eligible to win a prize each day of the initiative.
