  • The Gamecocks lead the overall series 27-1 and hold a 15-0 lead in Columbia. Carolina defeated the Cougars last season 67-55 in Columbia. Charleston's only victory in the series was on Jan. 17, 1930 in Charleston. (40-32)

  • College of Charleston is coached by former Gamecock basketball player Bobby Cremins. Cremins is 1-3 all-time against Carolina.
