2009 Baseball Game-Day Information
Gates
All gates will open 1.5 hours before game time (Exception: Gates will open 2 hours before game time on opening weekend). Gates are numbered one through four.
Physical Address
The physical address for Carolina Stadium is 431 Williams Street, Columbia, SC 29208.
Political Materials
Distribution of political stickers, brochures, and other promotional items is strictly forbidden on properties owned or being leased by the University. Violations will result in the surrender and disposal of said items by University officials.
Vendors
Soliciting or vending of any goods or services is strictly prohibited in the lots owned or leased by the Athletics Department on game day.
Chairs
No chairs of any kind may be brought into the stadium.
Parking
Parking Season passes and public gameday parking are available on a limited basis around Carolina Stadium. See our Parking Map

Game-Day Shuttles
Round-trip shuttle service ($2.00/passenger/game) from the Colonial Life Arena will be offered before, during, and after each home game. The shuttle service for the Carolina Baseball Stadium will be provided from Lot B to the stadium beginning 2.5 hours before game time on opening weekend. All other games, the shuttles start 2 hours before game time. Lot B is located near the Colonial Life Arena and is bordered by Blossom, Gadsden, Devine and Lincoln streets. Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is sold on a season basis in Lot 3 and is sold out for the 2009 season. Those with disabilities should consider parking in the shuttle lot (Lot B) and take the handicapped accessible shuttle to Carolina Stadium.
RV Parking
RV parking will be located in Lot B near the Colonial Life Arena.
Guest Services
For any guest services needs, please visit the guest services locations located on the first and third base concourse areas. Hearing impaired devices can be obtained here.
First Aid
The first aid station is located on the main concourse level adjacent to Sections 5 and 6, on the first base line. If assistance is needed, contact the nearest usher for directions to the first aid facility. The medical facility is equipped and staffed as a limited first-aid treatment station.
Stadium Tickets, Refunds/Resale
Ticket booths are conveniently located at the centerfield gate at Carolina Stadium. Tickets cannot be resold at the Carolina Stadium site. Lost or stolen tickets are not the responsibility of management, and additional tickets can be purchased through the ticket booths if available. There is NO cash refund policy in effect on all tickets. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited at Carolina Stadium: alcoholic beverages, food of any kind, illegal drugs, pets, weapons, umbrellas, strollers, coolers, backpacks, thermoses, laser pointers, artificial noisemakers, video cameras, recording devices, or strobe lights. All persons are subject to search. One bottled water per person is allowed in Carolina Stadium.
Tobacco Policy
Carolina Stadium is a tobacco free facility. The University prohibits the use of tobacco within 25 feet of University buildings, inside University vehicles, and in designated outdoor areas, including Carolina Stadium.
Trash
The university conveniently places receptacles for the disposal of trash and other items throughout the parking areas and facility. Recycling receptacles are located at stadium gates. Please help us keep the area enjoyable by disposing of all bagged trash into these containers.

Lost and found for Carolina Stadium will be at the security office. Call (803) 777-2556 for assistance.
Gamecock Fans Code of Conduct
Gamecock fans are encouraged to wear garnet and black to games and to enthusiastically support the Gamecocks in good sportsmanlike fashion. In the spirit of sportsmanship, Gamecock fans shall:
- Conduct themselves in a manner that represents their University, the Southeastern Conference, and the NCAA with honor, dignity, and respect
- Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times
- Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning, or intimidating language at any time
- Support the players, coaches, and umpires in a positive manner
- Treat the visiting team, coaches, and fans with courtesy and respect at all times
- Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass, or demeaning
- Refrain from throwing objects onto the field
- Not become inebriated or belligerent
- Refrain from entering the playing field at any time, including after the game
- Be a positive role model for those around them
