OUTLOOK - Did not get many opportunities a year ago but has had two stellar summers in the Coastal Plains League ... Looks to be in five-man rotation when the season gets under way.

2007 - Appeared in four games compiling a 7.71 ERA in 4.2 innings pitched with three strikeouts ... Made first career appearance vs. Western Kentucky (2/10) and pitched one scoreless inning of relief in 9-0 win ... Played in the summer and earned All-Star honors for the Columbia Blowfish in the Coastal Plains League ... Put together a 7-4 record for Columbia with a 2.34 ERA with 81 strikeouts in 77 innings pitched ... 2007 SEC Academic Honor Roll member.

JUNIOR COLLEGE - Played for Spartanburg Methodist College under coach Tim Wallace ... Helped lead squad to 2006 Region 10 Championship ... Pitched this past summer for the Columbia Blowfish in the Coastal Plains League and was named to the All-Star team.
