HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Berkeley High School in Moncks Corner, S.C. ... set a South Carolina state meet record in 2005 for the 800m after running it in 2:14.42 ... was a four-time finalist at the USATF Junior Olympics in the 800m and a two-time finalist in the 1,500m ... twice qualified for the Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 800m in 2005 and 2006 ... two-time state qualifier in the 800m and a four-time qualifier in the 400m ... qualified for the 1,600m two times at the state meet as well ... in cross country, was a four-time state qualifier with a career-best time of 19:28 in the 5K set at the 2005 Turkey Day Road Race.
