2014 Second team All-SEC - Indoor 4x400m Relay
2016 Indoor: Competed in the 400m and 4x400m relay... part of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Armory Invite, which ran 3:34.24... ran her top quarter-mile time of 55.20 at the Tyson Invite. Outdoors: Ran outdoors for the first time since 2014, and showed solid improvement in the 400... ran a new personal best of 54.27 to take fourth overall at the Spec Towns Invitational... ran on 4x400m relay teams that placed third at the Florida Relays and fourth at the Penn Relays.
2015 Indoor: Ran the 400... went for her best time of the season at the SEC Championships, finishing in 56.62... also ran on the 4x4 relay. Outdoors: Did not compete.
2014 Indoors: Won the collegiate 400 meters at the prestigious Armory Collegiate Invitational, PRing in the prelims at 55.36 and in the finals at 55.30...finished 16th at SEC Indoor Championships, lowering her personal best yet again to 54.56 to take 16th...ran the third leg on the third leg on the SEC Indoor Championships 4x400m relay with a time of 3:35.02...anchored the Gamecocks 4x4 at the NCAA Indoor Championships, holding off a surging Arkansas down the stretch to get the team on the podium in seventh place with a season-best time of 3:33.95. Outdoors: Concentrated on the 400 meters, running a personal best 54.80 to capture her best finish of the year at the Georgia Invitational...four total top-five finishes...took 16th at the SEC Outdoor Championships (54.97)...also contributed to relays in the early portion of the season.
Top times of 11.91 in the 100m, 23.90 in the 200m and 54.63 in the 400m while competing at Bunn High School in North Carolina...three-time Northern Conference Athlete of the Year...NCHSAA 2A MVP...2-time 200m and 400m NC state champion...100m state champion..won the 100m at the Bojangles Apex Relays...won the 400m at the Tennessee Volunteer Meet.
Also lettered in basketball and tennis... daughter of Dennis and Irene Bellamy...has one sibling, Christopher...also considered Tennessee and LSU, but decided to come to South Carolina because of it's track program and the excellent academic program.
