Senior Kierre Beckles breaks a six-year old 55m hurdle record

SOUTH CAROLINA TRACK: In 2012, made one appearance in indoor competition at the Gamecock Invitational, finishing first in the mile run. In 2011 indoors, ran the 3000m unattached at the Gamecock Invitational with a time of 11:29.52 ... outdoors, ran the 1500m unattached at the Gamecock Open with a time of 5:05.90.

SOUTH CAROLINA CROSS COUNTRY: In 2011, competed in three meets with a top time of 19:57 at the Winthrop Invitational ... in 2010, competed twice as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Took 14th in the Virginia State Outdoor Championships in the 3,200m at 11:30.05 ... six-time captain and 10-time All-District selection ... three-time All-Region.
