Pole vaulter who has been sidelined by several injuries... will be an impact performer at both the SEC and NCAA meets if he can remain healthy.

2005: Returned from injuries that kept him sidelined for most of the 2004 season... cleared 5.05 meters (16-6.75) for the first time during the season to finish third at the Virginia Tech Invitational... placed sixth at the SEC Indoor Championships after clearing 4.86 meters... was 11th at the Last Chance meet with a vault of 5.05 meters... won the Georgia Tech Invitational during the outdoor season by clearing 4.90 meters... went 5.05 meters (16-6.75) twice during the outdoor campaign - at the South Carolina State Championships and at the Tennessee Quad Meet.

2004: Was enjoying a solid season, setting a pair of personal bests at 4.91 meters and at 4.95 meters before suffering an injury during the indoor season... redshirted during the outdoor season due to injury.

2003: Finished eighth in pole vault in his USC debut at the George Mason Early Invitational to open the indoor season... placed sixth in the pole vault at UNC Invitational... recorded season-best vault of 16-0.75 to finish second at USC Invitational... placed fifth in the pole vault with mark of 15-9 at Last Chance Meet... outdoors, placed fifth in the pole vault competition at the Florida Relays... was a sixth-place finisher at the SEC Quad Meet... recorded an eighth-place finish as well as a season high and personal best mark of 15-9 at the Sea Ray Relays... placed sixth in the pole vault at the Orange & Purple Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Irmo High School and graduated from Dutch Fork High in 2002... coached by Mike Moore, Mike Kennedy and USC Volunteer Coach Rusty Shealy... lettered in track & field for five years (1998-02) and twice in football... was the state champion in 2000... placed 13th at the 2001 World Youth Championships... was the 2001 National Junior Olympics silver medalist, the 2001 YAC silver medalist and the 2000 National Junior Olympics bronze medalist... was a two-time county champion and record setter in the pole vault... best vault was 15-8.
