SOUTH CAROLINA CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in two 5K events in 2012 registering a top mark of 20:14 at the Queens Royal Challenge.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran three years on her high school's varsity cross country and track teams...also participated in swimming ans soccer...was captain of both the cross country team and track team all three years she participated...has a 5K PR of 19:19.

PERSONAL: Plans to major in international business with focuses in Chinese and fashion merchandising...daughter of Robbin and Charlie Whitkey...has one brother, Parker.
