Gamecocks Pace SEC on First-Year Academic Honor Roll

Ninety-seven first-year Gamecocks achieve 3.00 or higher GPA in 2011-12

2011-12 - Swam in every regular season meet and at the SEC Championships...Had the team's third fastest time in both the 100 backstroke (57.30) and 200 backstroke (2:01.77)...Finished 21st in the 200 backstroke and 30th in the 100 backstroke at the SEC Championships...Placed second in three races on the season...Also swam the 200 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly, 200 IM and 400 IM throughout the year...Named to the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.
