COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina Athletics has announced the 2014-15 men’s basketball promotions schedule, with exciting giveaways and specials offered for 15 home games. All giveaways are while supplies last, for tickets visit GamecocksOnline.com or call 1-800-4SC-FANS. Below is a breakdown of the promotions schedule:

– 11/14 North Florida (7 p.m.): Free admission with 8K8Days ticket voucher, and Family Night Out, with four tickets and four food vouchers for just $52. The first 5,000 fans get a free 2014-15 schedule rally towel.

– 11/18 Baylor (12 p.m.): If you’re a student, be sure to get to the arena early for this ESPN College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon game. The first 350 students receive an Academy Sports & Outdoors gift card, the first 750 students will receive free food, and the first 1,000 students receive a free T-shirt. It will also be “Read with the Gamecocks” field trip day and at halftime there will be a Military Contracting Ceremony. At the ceremony, Major General Bradley Becker of the US Army Training Center at Fort Jackson will conduct the ceremony to swear in future Army troops.

– 11/26 UNC Asheville (8 p.m.) Be sure to hold on to your ticket after the South Alabama football game on Saturday, Nov. 22, because showing that ticket at the door gets you free admission to the basketball game vs. UNC Asheville.

– 12/6 Oklahoma State (12 p.m.): The first 1,000 students in attendance receive a free T-shirt and free food, and it will also be Boy Scout Day for the general public. This is designated as the “Active Gamecocks” game as well. This program, started by the University, encourages kids between kindergarten and fifth grade to participate in a two-week 30-minute-per-day exercise regimen. Those who complete the program will receive a ticket to the men’s game versus Oklahoma State.

– 12/19 Clemson (7 p.m.): It’s Gamecock Club day for fans, as those with Gamecock Club cards receive free admission and Junior Gamecock Club members will get Cocky growth charts and free admission with a Junior Gamecock Club T-shirt. This is the final part of a combo pack that also includes tickets to the South Alabama football and Southern Cal women’s basketball games, all for just $39. It is also the first of three Hoops for the Holidays games for the men, where season ticket holders can purchase tickets or donate their own ticket to US Military members unable to travel home for the holidays. The Coker and North Carolina A&T games will also be Hoops for the Holidays games

– 12/21 Coker (3:30 p.m.): Things are going to get ugly on Dec. 21, when fans in attendance can come out for Ugly Sweater Day. It’s also High School Day and features a Family Day Out package of four tickets and four food vouchers for $52.

– 12/30 North Carolina A&T (7 p.m.): In the team’s final game of 2014, there will be a Kid’s Pack offered for those coming to cheer on the Gamecocks. The package includes two tickets, one youth shirt, one poster and a pair of Gamecock sunglasses for just $25.

– 1/7 Florida (7 p.m.): As SEC play begins, the Family Day Out package of four tickets and four food vouchers for $52 will be available, and it will also be dollar dog night. Chomp on $1 hotdogs while cheering on the team as they face the Gators.

– 1/13 Alabama (7 p.m.): It’s student appreciation night, with the first 1,000 students receiving a free T-shirt, food and double loyalty points. There will also be a general ticket package that includes four passes to the game and a mini-basketball signed by head coach Frank Martin for just $50.

– 1/20 Tennessee (9 p.m.): It will be Military Appreciation Day at the arena as well as an Operation Hat Trick ticket promotion. Get an OHT cap, a food voucher and admission to the game for just $18. Operation Hat Trick generates awareness, support, and funding for the recovery of America’s wounded warriors, both active-service members and veterans.

– 1/31 Georgia (4 p.m.): It will be Youth Sports Day, and students are encouraged to come out and try to help break a new world record. There will be a game of Knockout in the arena before the game and the first 600 students to attend the event will receive a voucher for a shirt to redeem at the game.

– 2/10 Missouri (7 p.m.): Come inside Colonial Life Arena to celebrate Outdoors Night, where one ticket and a commemorative hat will be available for just $18. Also, the first 500 students to come out will receive free food.

– 2/21 Texas A&M (12 p.m.): Rally towels will be given to the first 1,000 students through the door, and a Kids Pack will be available for $29 that includes two tickets, two food vouchers and a youth shirt. At halftime of the game, there will also be a free cheer clinic.

– 2/28 Mississippi State (6 p.m.): It’s another “Read with the Gamecocks” day, and there will be a dance clinic available at halftime.

– 3/5 Arkansas (7 p.m.): Come send off senior guard Tyrone Johnson off with a bang on Senior Night, with a ticket and food voucher available for just $15. The 2014-15 season begins Friday, Nov. 14 with a 7 p.m. game against North Florida.
