The South Carolina swimming and diving team will host East Carolina and College of Charleston on Saturday at Carolina Natatorium. The meet is set to begin at noon and admission is free.

Series History
The Gamecock men are 7-2 in dual meets against East Carolina while the women are 3-1. Both squads hold perfect 21-0 records against College of Charleston.

The Last Time
East Carolina – Oct. 26, 2013
The Gamecock men claimed a 191-107 victory while the women fell to the Pirates 152.5-147.5.

College of Charleston – Oct. 12, 2013
The Gamecocks defeated the Cougars with scores of 178-109 from the men and 166-129 from the women.

So Far This Season
The Gamecock women are off to a 3-1 start after defeating Florida Gulf Coast last week and picking up wins over Georgia Tech and Notre Dame earlier this season. The men’s team posted a dominant 115-point victory over Kentucky to open the season but fell to the Georgia Tech the following week.

Scouting East Carolina
Both the men and women opened the season with a second-place finish at the All-North Carolina Invitational and followed with a pair of wins over Davidson and College of Charleston.

Scouting College of Charleston
The Cougar men are 1-3 on the season after picking up a win over Davidson, while the women are 0-5.

No. 1
Freshman Julia Vincent’s thee-meter diving score of 377.85, which she posted against FGCU, currently ranks first in the SEC.

Undefeated
Through the first two meets of his collegiate career, freshman Nils Wich-Glasen has a combined five wins in all three individual events (100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke, 200 IM) he’s competed in.
