HONOLULU, HI. – Tickets for the 2013 Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic will go on sale on Monday, Sept. 23, at 3 p.m. ET. The Gamecock men’s basketball team will take part in the eight-team tournament, held December 22, 23 and 25 in Honolulu, HI.

Fans can purchase individual game tickets or all-session packages online at www.eTicketHawaii.com and print them on their home computer. Phone orders can be placed by calling (808) 523-3688 from Sept. 23 to Oct. 31 (Monday – Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET). Starting from Nov. 1 (Monday – Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET), the Stan Sheriff Center Box Office, Aloha Stadium Box Office or phone sales line (808) 944-2697 will be active.

Owned and operated by ESPN Regional Television (ERT), a subsidiary of ESPN, Inc., and hosted by the University of Hawai`i, all 12 games of this year’s eight-team tournament will be televised across ESPN networks.

Joining host Hawai`i in the 2013 field are Akron, Boise State, George Mason, Iowa State, Oregon State, Saint Mary’s and South Carolina.

Host Hawai`i will face Boise State in a first-round game Sunday, Dec. 22. In other first-round action, Iowa State will take on George Mason; Oregon State will face Akron; and South Carolina will meet Saint Mary’s. The first four games on the opening day of action will be televised on ESPNU and will be a part of all 12 tournament games airing on ESPN networks. The third-place and championship games will be televised on ESPN2 on Christmas Day.
