– South Carolina begins a three-game homestand when Wofford visits Stone Stadium on Wednesday night.

Scouting Wofford
Wofford enters Wednesday’s non-conference matchup with an 8-5-0 overall record, which includes a 2-1 mark in Southern Conference games. The Terriers suffered a 2-1 loss to Davidson on Oct. 13, but the squad had won its three previous contests, including a 4-3 double-overtime victory vs. Elon. Alex Hutchins paces the team with eight goals and two assists on the year, while C. Dominquez Gonzalex and Forrest Lasso have contributed three goals each. The Terriers have scored 22 goals this season, compared to just 14 by their opponents. Goalkeeper Andrew Drennan has played the majority of time in net for the Terriers. He owns a 1.05 goals against average, which ranks second in the SoCon, and has four shutouts and 37 saves this season. The team is led by Ralph Polson in his fifth season.
