The South Carolina ¬- Kentucky football game, set for Saturday, Oct. 7 in Lexington, Ky., will be televised nationally on ESPN2, it was announced today. Game time is set for 7 p.m. ET.

The Kentucky game will be fourth national exposure for the Gamecocks in the 2006 campaign. They were televised nationally on ESPN at Mississippi State, versus Georgia and will be televised this Thursday night against Auburn.
