FT. MILL, S.C. –
The Battle of the Border – the baseball game between the No. 6 South Carolina Gamecocks and the No. 9 North Carolina Tar Heels – has been postponed until early May. No date has been set yet, but the two schools will announce a final date in the coming weeks. South Carolina returns to the field on Friday night in Nashville, Tenn., as they continue SEC play against Vanderbilt. First pitch is set for 8 p.m. ET.

All tickets previously purchased for the March 31 game date will be honored on the make up date, which will be played at Charlotte Knights Stadium in Ft. Mill, S.C. If any fan cannot make that date, their ticket(s) will be honored at any Charlotte Knights home game with the exception of special events.
