PARKING
Fans should park in the Heyward Street parking garage on levels three, four and five. Parking in the garage is free and the new softball stadium is a short walk along a paved path from the garage.
In the spring of 2013, South Carolina softball gets a new home at a familiar site, with a new facility built on the same plot of land that has hosted the Gamecocks since at least 1983. The new facility replaces Beckham Field, which was the team's home throughout the first 16 years of the Southeastern Conference's sponsorship of the sport. This new stadium will raise the seating capacity to over 1,200, bring a new locker room and indoor hitting facility to the Gamecocks and add a new elevated press box and suites to the site. Construction began in early June with completion scheduled for March 2013.
