Freshman left-hander Jack Wynkoop hurled 5.1 scoreless innings in his first career start and seventh ranked South Carolina scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to break a scoreless tie as the Gamecocks defeated Furman 5-2.
Standout Gamecock defensive end and top player in college football Jadeveon Clowney is featured on a regional cover of Sports Illustrated this week!
The South Carolina men's swimming and diving team climbed 28 spots to No. 12 in the latest CollegeSwimming.com Endless Pools Top 25 after a stellar showing at the SEC Championships last week in College Station, Texas.
