Highlights: South Carolina Baseball vs. Furman - 2013
Freshman left-hander Jack Wynkoop hurled 5.1 scoreless innings in his first career start and seventh ranked South Carolina Baseball scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to break a scoreless tie as the Gamecocks defeated Furman 5-2 on February 26, 2013.

Equestrian redshirt junior Johnna Letchworth has been named SEC Co-Horsemanship Rider of the Month. Letchworth was 3-0 for the Gamecocks during the month of February, picking up MVP wins vs. No. 1 Georgia (Feb. 2) and at No. 2 Auburn (Feb. 14). In her victory over the Tigers, she set the SEC single-season record with a score of 80.5
Senior first baseman LB Dantzler is one of 30 NCAA baseball student-athletes who excel both on and off the field to be selected as a candidate for the 2013 Senior CLASS Award in collegiate baseball. To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must be classified as an NCAA Division I senior and have notable achievements in four areas of excellence - community, classroom, character and competition.
