Travel and Gameday Information for Kentucky

As Carolina Football travels to Lexington this weekend, so will lots of Gamecock fans looking to cheer them to victory against Kentucky. The Wildcats, just coming off a loss against No. 11 Florida, will be looking for their first SEC win while our Gamecocks will be looking to remain undefeated. Be sure to wear gameday Garnet and Black to help us stand out in the sea of  blue! The team will be wearing their white away jerseys - pant color still TBD.

Here are some helpful tips and information we've pulled together to help you enjoy gameday on the road.

UK Visiting Team Guide: Hotels, Dining, Transportation, etc.

You can also access Kentucky's Visitor Parking suggestions, parking maps and tailgating policies by clicking here. They recommend visitors use their shuttle service due to limited non-reserved parking options, but there is some surface parking available.

Tickets for the game are still available via You can also view the Commonwealth Stadium seating chart there to aid you in the process.

If you purchased tickets through the South Carolina Ticket Office you may pick them up at the visitor ticket gate, NW service gate between Gate 3 and Gate 4 at Commonwealth Stadium. Our ticket office staff will also be on location there to assist Gamecock fans with any gameday ticket problems.


The football team will arrive at Commonwealth Stadium at approximately 5 p.m. ET.  They are scheduled to be dropped off at Gate 9 of Commonwealth  Stadium. Fans are welcome to come cheer on the team as they get off the bus and head in to the stadium!
