THIS WEEK IN GAMECOCK COUNTRY...

Can you believe the 2012-13 season is already here? Women's Soccer will lead the way this year with an exhibition game this Thursday, August 9, vs. Duke at 7 p.m. Admission is free for the exhibition game and the Ticket Office staff will be on hand for fans to purchase season tickets (home schedule includes lots of great SEC opponents, check it out here.) Adult season tickets are just $25 each and youth 17 and under are $10 each. You can also purchase season tickets online.

The preseason fun continues on Sunday with our annual Fan Appreciation Day. Fans can hang out with Cocky, the cheerleaders, and our fall sport student-athletes and get autographs.
Please note, due to our commitment to NCAA compliance, student-athletes will only sign our official South Carolina Athletics team posters that are provided for free at the event. Please do not bring or ask student-athletes to sign other items. Your cooperation and support for the athletics department in complying with NCAA regulations is greatly appreciated.

Football preseason practice continues this week and is still currently open to the public. Click here to see the schedule (subject to change). Players are not available for autographs and cameras (still and video) are allowed for the first 15 minutes of practice only.
