ROOSTER CROWS
In his first career SEC start, freshman left-hander Jordan Montgomery worked a career-high eight innings and limited Tennessee to just one run on three hits on the way to a 2-1 South Carolina victory over the Volunteers.
The Women's Tennis team had an impressive weekend of SEC play, sweeping both LSU and Arkansas at home. The Gamecocks will wrap up regular season play on Saturday at 11 a.m. against No. 2 Florida at Carolina Tennis Center.

Kathy Evans sent in today's photo, taken in March as Qua Gilchrist made a special trip to see a class at Cambridge Academy during his spring break. Evans said the whole school was very excited by the visit and the picture is him with his new "fan club".
