Senior left-handed pitcher Michael Roth is one of 10 finalists selected for the 2012 Lowe's Senior CLASS Award for baseball. Fans are encouraged to vote on the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award website through June 11. Fan votes will be combined with media and Division I men's head coaches' votes to determine the winner.

ROOSTER CROWS
Freshman Katherine Schmidt was named the 2011-2012 AgSouth Female Athlete of the Year. She lead the Equestrian team in regular season, postseason, and overall wins; Schmidt finished the season with a team-high 25 wins. Her 25 wins in a single season is a Gamecock record and led the entire nation in wins this year.
