THIS WEEK IN GAMECOCK COUNTRY...
After tough road series last weekend, both baseball and softball return home to Gamecock Country to face SEC foes this weekend. Baseball will welcome top-ranked Florida for a three game series, Thursday through Saturday. Softball will host LSU for the weekend, with free Gamecock bandanas at each game while supplies last. Saturday's softball game is $1 Hot Dog Day. For Sunday's game, Junior Gamecock Club members and Little Leaguers can get $1 group admission rates. Cocky's Bounce House will be on hand and all kids can run the bases after the game. South Carolina Track & Field will host their primary home outdoor meet of the season with the Weems Baskin Invitational.
