In mid-February a group of 12 undergrads and 8 grad students from the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business had the opportunity to meet businessman Warren Buffett in Omaha, Nebraska.

They wanted to give him a thank you gift and a way to remember the University of South Carolina and decided that a baseball memento would be fitting. Mr. Buffett is a baseball fan and resides in Omaha where the Gamecocks have won back to back national championships.
They presented Buffett with a personalized Gamecock Baseball jersey signed by Head Coach Ray Tanner. Kyle Lipsey, Director of Operations for baseball and a graduate of the business school, donated the jersey.
Check out the video below of the students presenting the jersey as Buffett referenced Alshon Jeffery's hail mary touchdown pass in the Capital One Bowl and commented, "If you show this to Nebraska I'm dead."
Photos, video and information on the efforts to give the jersey provided by Tim Lyle, IMBA class of 2012.
