THIS WEEK IN GAMECOCK COUNTRY...
It's a busy week in Gamecock Country as both men's and women's tennis seasons get underway, track & field hosts their annual indoor meet, both men's and women's basketball teams are at home for SEC match-ups and equestrian and swimming & diving are both in action. Men's Basketball will face Alabama on Wednesday with a special visit from the Equestrian team and their annual "Spurs & Saddles" event before their home competition on Sunday vs. Oklahoma State. Peter Rabbit & Snap Boogie will bring their unique halftime show to Colonial Life Arena during the men's basketball game on Wednesday and the women's basketball game on Thursday. The women's hoops team is facing both SEC teams from the Magnolia State, hosting Ole Miss on Thursday and Mississippi State on Sunday. Swimming & Diving competes in their final home meet of the season on Friday and Saturday (Senior Day). As of now, all four of this week's tennis matches are scheduled to be played in the indoor facility at the Field House.
