VIDEO OF THE DAY
Hopefully this video will help our fans get their Williams-Brice fix while they go a month without a home game! We heard you Gamecock Nation, here's the video!
ROOSTER CROWS
Mississippi State beat the Gamecocks four years in a row in the late nineties (1996-1999), but since 2000 the series has been all Carolina. South Carolina has won the past five meetings (2000, '01, '02, '06, '07).
A win over the Bulldogs would give Steve Spurrier his 50th win as the head coach of the Gamecocks and put him 15 games away from being the all-time winningest head coach at Carolina, a record currently held by Rex Enright (64 wins).
FAN PHOTO OF THE DAY
Today's photo is from Jennifer Hancock with the following description:
"This is Jacob (3 yrs old) and from the time we pulled up to tailgate until he went to bed that night, he held that football in his arms! Loves his Gamecocks!"

We've got a lot of great submissions so keep them coming! Feel free to send in your photos (any sport/season, either of you or taken by you!) with your name to GamecockAthletics@gmail.com!A lot of the best photos include some Gamecock gear and 'showing your spurs'! We'd love to share with the rest of Gamecock Nation!
