Great quote from Tanner while discussing the team's leaders and dealing with losing players to injury:
"One of my coined phrases I've used my entire coaching career is 'win anyway'. Regardless of the circumstances, regardless of if a pitcher has a bad outing or if you have four unearned runs in the first, or you get four hits, you gotta find a way to win. And it's not that easy. It's easy to say and hard to do, but as long as the approach is that way, I can live with it."
ROOSTER CROWS
Earning a 3.0 or higher grade point average over the last two semesters, 44 South Carolina student-athletes earned spots on the 2010-11 Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll.
